I love this, especially your last sentence. "As a grandparent I can simply love, love, love while his mommy is pumping to provide his milk, planning his meals and doing all the tedious, hard work." So true, so absolutely true. Lucky you!

I like how the structured questions showed so much about you, the writer. Your love for your family rings through loudly!

These questions are great to contemplate. I will tuck this away for a writing idea for another day. What expectation of normal am I letting go of... this is what I’ll carry away right now.

One of the greatest things about this community right now is getting to read about how others are processing and managing the situation we are in. I enjoy reading others' perspectives on how they're living their lives. I also really want a Peloton bike!

I love this. These are great questions to ponder. Being a grandparent, you have the greatest job of all. My own grandchildren are coming to stay tonight. I can't wait to see them!
