#SOLSC24
Yesterday I was inspired by Elizabeth Ellington’s slice on 3/14, who was inspired by Push to Write. I began listing 14 things about me and then realized most comments on my list were about food, so I stuck with that idea. (Pi and food worked for me!) I realize the parts I eliminated were all about paper. So, today's slice is all about, “Papers that consume my life!”

I loved this post as I too love paper, but also hate it so much! I can't live with or without it. I was glad to read that someone else has a hard time getting rid of cute cardboard boxes.

I get the post its and the to-do list papers. I'm with you on that. I find that I cannot write in a notebook be it a marble or beautifully illustrated one. I have to write on legal pads, basically white pads from Staples. I write notes for my class on those. I can picture you with the notes all over and that country armoire in your den.

I am a paper lover too. I always carry paper with me, and it's the first thing I pack when I go away anywhere. I like to use 2B pencils, for the feel they give as they rub across the paper. I carry 5 of them in a toothbrush holder. I also have post-it notes everywhere. When I start to overlook them, I start writing in green. But I do take delight in peeling them off and throwing them away as each is completed.
